Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return. Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original sealed packaging. Due to the nature of baby care products, returns received after 14 days can not be accepted because proper storage conditions can not be verified.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Products showing signs of use cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@yasabee.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
